Season 30 of Doctor Who ran between 3 July 1993 and 27 November 1993. It starred Richard Griffiths as the Eighth Doctor, Julia Ormond as Raine Cunningham & Lisa Bowerman as Bernice Summerfield. The season opened with Transit and concluded with Fear of the Daleks.

This season specially marked the thirtieth anniversary of Doctor Who and was followed by the 30th Anniversary Special, The Eight Doctors.
