The Contagion was the first serial of Season 54 of Doctor Who. It was written by Pete McTighe, directed by Lee Haven Jones and starred Jemma Redgrave as the Fifteenth Doctor, Joana Borja as Felicity Wilson & Rebecca Root as Joanne Tilley.
Synopsis[]
When the TARDIS's HADS System activates, the Doctor finds herself stranded on a battleground in the 67th Century. Hitchhiking on a ambulance ship in space, the Doctor soon finds herself in danger, as one of the wounded soldiers turn rabid.
Working with a local Doctor, Joanne Tilley, the Doctor & Felicity must find a way to save the day or else humanity will be in danger
