The Decaying Army was the eighth serial of Series 5 of The Pyramid. It was written by Chris Chibnall, directed by Colin Teague and starred Lisa Bowerman as Bernice Summerfield, Robert Bathurst as Chris Hector & Keeley Hawes as Jennifer Ward.
This was the final episode of The Pyramid until 2010.
Synopsis[]
The time gate is nearly ready, and the Pyramid team are preparing to go home at last. But before they can do so, they must help Voltican one last time. An alien invasion is on it's way, hell bent on wiping out Earth. With the future of Earth at stake, the Pyramid team must work with Thomas for one final time & save the Earth from destruction.
